Super Automatic Espresso Machine Cleaning Tips
- Should be completed at least once a day or twice a day for larger volume locations.
- Follow manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions.
- Remove grounds bin and clean, use brush to sweep out loose coffee from inside machine and on lower piston screen.
- Insert cleaning tablet and start cleaning cycle.
- Remove drip tray, wipe out collection box with towels.
- Wipe down machine.
- Remove steam tip, soak steam wand using steam wand cleaner or hot water, then replace steam tip. (Always blow steam wands out before and after use)
- Remove grinder hoppers and clean in warm soapy water. (Do not put hoppers in the dishwasher). Vacuum out grinder throat.
- Replace rock salt in water softener or replace softener cartridge.
