Coastal Caffeine is available for scheduled or emergency on-site service visits. Our standard labor rate for all service work is $65.00 per hour. This rate will also be applied in partial increments for work accomplished in fractions of an hour.

After 5:00 p.m. during the week and weekend emergency service rates are charged at 1.5 times the standard labor rate and zone charge.

Zone charges are applied to cover travel to and from a site and will be applied per visit.  A visit can include multiple jobs at one location. 

All service calls are covered by our 30-day warranty. A subsequent visit may occur if we have to special order a part or a replacement part malfunctions or is faulty. We fix it right the first time or we cover the zone charges for the return visit. Parts and labor rates do apply on subsequent visits.

The following zone charges apply for the immediate area. Zone charges for extended locations are priced accordingly.
