The Coastal Caffeine Company is a full service espresso and coffee brewing equipment repair facility. We offer on-site, same day service by factory-trained technicians. Our technicians carry an extensive inventory of commercial coffee and espresso machine parts for all major makes and models.
We service clients in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. Our standard labor rate for all service work is $75.00 per hour. This rate will also be applied in partial increments for work accomplished in fractions of an hour. After 5:00 p.m. during the week and weekend emergency service rates are charged at 1.5 times the standard labor rate and zone charge.
Zone charges are applied to cover travel to and from a site and will be applied per visit. A visit can include multiple jobs at one location.
All service calls are covered by our 30-day warranty. A subsequent visit may occur if we have to special order a part or a replacement part malfunctions or is faulty. We fix it right the first time or we cover the zone charges for the return visit. Parts and labor rate do apply on subsequent visits.

Coastal Caffeine offers its clients Preventive Maintenance programs for both Conventional and Super Automatic espresso machines. The number of visits each year depends on the age of the machine and the volume of drinks the machine creates each day.
Each visit includes replacement of gaskets, screens, and o-rings. Steam valves and steam wands inspected and repaired or replaced if needed. In addition the following items will be inspected and adjusted and cleaned as needed: pressure switch, procon pump, auto-fill system, sight glass and gauges, all solenoid valves, water filters and softeners, and espresso grinders.

The above prices include travel to the location, labor charges while on-site, and replacements of standard wear items.
If any other parts are faulty and the service technician has the parts and the manager on duty is authorized to approve repair orders, that work will be performed immediately, billing for parts and labor only (no travel time).
The number of visits can be applied quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
